IN BRIEF: High Court approves GBP188 million takeover of Sigma Capital

Sigma Capital Group PLC - Edinburgh, Scotland-based property company - High Court of England and Wales sanctions Sigma Capital takeover by funds managed by PineBridge Benson Elliot LLP for GBP188.4 million.

The offer, which was first agreed to in June, means that Sigma's last day of trading on the London Stock Exchange will be Friday, then be suspended on Monday next week, then cancelled on Tuesday.

Current stock price: 200.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up 53%
