HgCapital Trust PLC - participates in the private equity investments of manager Hg - Invests GBP9.4 million in Pirum Systems, a London-based provider of post-trade automation and collateral management technology for the securities finance industry. Invests alongside other institutional clients of manager Hg through the Hg Mercury 3 fund. Hg will share control of Pirum with its current private equity backer Bowmark Capital LLP. HgCapital Trust says liquid resources still available for future deployment are about GBP311 million, 17% of its net asset value on September 30.
