Says it will now assess the judgement in detail and consider the appropriate next steps factoring in the findings of the judgement and the interests of Harland & Wolff's stakeholders. Adds a further announcement will be made "in due course."
Islandmagee is a salt cavern gas storage facility in Antrim, Northern Ireland. The company obtained a marine licence for the project from Northern Ireland's Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs in November 2021.
