Hansard Global PLC - financial services business operating out of the Isle of Man - Pretax profit for the year ended June 30 widened slightly to GBP4.7 million from GBP4.6 million a year prior. Assets under administration at June 30 at GBP1.80 billion, flat with year before. Keeps final dividend of 2.65 pence per share, bringing the full year payout to 4.45 pence per share, equal to the year prior. Says future is difficult to forecast due to the current economic climate.
Chair Philip Gregory says: "Whilst our technology-driven platform and processes offer significant advantages, it remains challenging for our distributors to sell international savings and investment products without face to face meetings, especially when many customers have concerns over their personal financial prospects."
