IN BRIEF: Gunsynd To Sell Kolosori Stake To Malachite Resources

Gunsynd PLC - London-based investment firm - Notes Sydney listed Malachite Resources Ltd to acquire 80% of Gunsynd investee Kolosori Nickel Ltd. Gunsynd, holder of 230,000 Kolosori shares, to receive 682,790 Malachite shares upfront, and 1.1 million deferred consideration shares as part of deal. Gunsynd will hold no Kolosori stake following deal.

Current stock price: 1.14, up 11% on Monday

Year-to-date change: up 12%
