Great Southern Copper PLC - Chile-focused copper-gold and lithium miner - Says its recent scout reverse circulation drilling campaign at the Teresita and Abundante prospects has confirmed high-grade copper and gold. The most significant results include a 20-metre area at 0.57 grams of gold and 5.48 grams of silver per tonne of ore, and 0.43% copper. The company is now planning follow-up exploration to outline the next steps in the drilling programmes at both prospects.
Chief Executive Officer Sam Garrett says: "These results have exceeded our expectations and, more importantly, confirm the target models that we have developed from our surface exploration work to date."
