Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based investor focusing on domestic businesses in Georgia - Announces the results of a tender offer, began on July 12, for its outstanding USD300.0 million 6.125% notes due 2024. Amount of notes accepted for purchase totals USD176.5 million.

Current stock price: 925.00 pence, up 0.4% in London on Wednesday afternoon
