Funding Circle Holdings PLC - London-based lending platform focused on small and medium enterprises - Completes the SBOLT 2026-1 securitisation, its tenth public securitisation of loans originated on the Funding Circle platform, which marks ten years of public market issuance. Says the loans are owned by Waterfall Asset Management, and that investors responded well to the transaction.
