Frontier IP Group PLC - London-based specialist in commercialising intellectual property - Proposes fundraise of at least 3.6 million shares at 55 pence each, raising a minimum of GBP2 million. Proceeds will go towards working capital needs and funding for investees. Also notes investee Cambridge Raman Imaging Ltd completed a GBP250,000 funding round. The investment will go towards its aim of developing a graphene-based ultrafast laser technology which can be used in medical microscopes to track tumours.
