"WebEye's customers will gain access to Eurowag's unrivalled range of integrated end-to-end payment and mobility solutions leading to incremental revenue opportunities," Eurowag says. It adds that the Ministry of Technology & Industry in Hungary has granted Eurowag the last remaining approval to buy all of WebEye's Hungarian subsidiaries.
Eurowag expects the transaction to fully complete in July.
