EnQuest PLC - London-based energy company with assets in the UK and Malaysia - Announces that Senior Independent Director Howard Paver will be leaving the board at the conclusion of its annual general meeting on June 5. Non-executive directors Carl Hughes and John Winterman will also step down on the same date.
