Eight Capital Partners PLC - London-based corporate finance advisory - Will issue 25.9 billion new shares trading on Aquis Stock Exchange, representing 13.8% of its enlarged equity, for the conversion of EUR10.0 million in 4.8% fixed rate notes due September 2026. This follows approval by the note holders at a meeting held on Thursday. Expects to release its delayed 2022 results and re-issue its 2021 results "shortly", after revisions of both sets of accounts were agreed with the UK Financial Reporting Council.
