Says that the total loan amount outstanding of USD97.9 million will be split into two tranches, and that lenders will not charge restructuring fee due DP Aircraft's limited liquidity. The interest rate swap for scheduled debt will be removed at no gain or loss, the company adds. Meanwhile, from the monthly lease rental of USD510,000 per aircraft, USD35,000 will be kept by DP Aircraft to pay ongoing fixed costs.
