Critical Metals PLC - Africa-focused natural resources investor - Has narrowed down its search for operators or near term production operators to acquire in Africa's natural resources development and production sector to "a very small number of targets" that meet its criteria. Preliminary talks with these targets continues and the firm is committed to evaluating these "vigorously".
