Corcel PLC - natural resources explorer and developer focused on battery metals - Notes Australian mineral resource company Resource Mining Corporation Ltd's acquisition of a 75% interest in Eastern Nickel Pty Ltd - which owns the Kabulwanyele nickel project in Tanzania - through the issue of 29.6 million shares, worth around AUD474,000. The project comprises two licences covering around 20.5 square kilometres. Corcel owns a AUD4.76 million senior debt position in Resource Mining, repayable in in September 2021 and January 2022.
