Codemasters Group Holdings PLC - Warwickshire-based video game developer - Says takeover by Electronic Arts Inc sanctioned by the High Court of Justice of England and Wales earlier on Tuesday. Codemasters shares to be suspended from trading on AIM on Thursday, and then expected to be cancelled on Friday.
In mid-December, Codemasters accepted takeover bid from EA for GBP945 million, or 604 pence per share in cash.
