"Achieving Net Zero by 2045 and helping our customers achieve Net Zero by 2050 is vitally important to us and we will continue to engage with shareholders on our Climate Transition Plan so as to ensure their views are fully understood," it says. Outside of this, proposal to approve directors' remuneration policy sees 17% of votes cast against.
