CareTech Holdings PLC - Potters Bar, Hertfordshire-based social care and education services provider - For the year to the end of September, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation and revenue to be ahead of market expectations. This was due to strong trading, from the group's subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates, as well as the successful integration of Cambian and reduced use of agency workers during the pandemic.
