Cake Box Holdings PLC - eggless cake retailer - Chief Executive Officer Sukh Chamdal to sell 3.8 million shares via share placing amid strong demand from investors and to increase the liquidity. Chamdal owns 16.5 million ordinary shares and should all placing shares be sold, will retain significant holding of 12.8 million ordinary shares, or 32% stake. Chief Financial Officer Pardip Dass intends to buy 250,000 shares. Final number of placing shares and placing price will be agreed by the bookrunner Shore Capital and the seller at the close of the bookbuild process.
