British American Tobacco PLC - London-based maker of cigarettes and vaping products - Says British Capital Corp, a wholly-owned subsidiary, prices an offering of USD600.0 million 7.750% notes due 2032. The issue will close on Wednesday, with BAT to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including paying down existing debt.
