Bahamas Petroleum Co PLC - Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company - Appoints Leo Koot as non-executive director, effective immediately, following its merger with Columbus Energy Resources. Koot was executive chair of former AIM listing Columbus, and the merger of the two was completed earlier this month. He is managing partner of MENA Gulf Investment Partners and senior independent non-executive director of Sterling Energy PLC. Koot currently holds 19.2 million shares in Bahamas Petroleum and is entitled to 8.6 million more following the merger.
