IN BRIEF: Aston Martin Completes Share Capital Reorganisation

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings PLC - luxury car maker - Completes capital reorganisation, on the basis of one new share and 20 deferred shares for every 20 existing shares replaced. All deferred shares are to be repurchased and cancelled from trading with effect on Tuesday.

As a result, company's issued share capital now stands at 114.9 million overall.

Current stock price: 1,512.80 pence

Year-to-date change: up sharply from 8.34p
