IN BRIEF: Assura declares 0.74 pence quarterly dividend, up 4.2%

Assura PLC - investor in and developer of primary care properties in UK - Declares 0.74 pence quarterly interim dividend, up 4.2% from 0.71p the quarter before. Payout will be a normal dividend in cash with a scrip alternative, rather than a property income distribution. For all of Assura's financial year that ended March 31, it paid 2.82p, up 2.2% from 2.76p the year before.

Current stock price: 74.95p

Year-to-date change: down 2.4%
