Amigo Holdings PLC - Bournemouth, England-based guarantor loan provider - Appoints Danny Malone interim chief financial officer, effective February 7, subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval. Follows Monday's announcement that CFO Mike Corcoran would step down with immediate effect. The appointment will last until June 7, and Malone will not join the board. He is a chartered accountant, with board-level experience in companies and banks, mostly in non-standard consumer finance sector.

Current stock price: 2.50 pence, up 13%
