AEW UK REIT PLC - UK commercial property investor - Has received 85% of rent for rental quarter beginning June 24. Extra 2% expected before quarter end, 2% to be received as part of longer term payment plans and 3% under negotiation. AEW UK REIT notes that 9% is outstanding. For quarter which began on March 25, company notes 89% of rent has been collected with 8% pending as part of payment plans. Shares up 2.3% on Wednesday afternoon in London.
