LONDON (Alliance News) - iEnergizer Ltd Monday said it has appointed Neil Campling as its new finance director from the start of its new financial year April 1.
Campling will join from Aviate Global LLP, a boutique global equity financial services firm where he served as a partner and head of Global TMT Research for five years.
The digital publishing and technology company also said Marc Vassanelli will join its board as a non-executive director with immediate effect, while John Behar will step down from the board April 30.
"Mr Campling will be focused on continuing the strong EBITDA growth of the company, increasing investor relations and stakeholder communication, while working alongside the Chairman to focus on expanding corporate strategy," iEnergizer said in a statement.
iEnergizer shares were down 0.6% at 247.00 pence Monday morning.
