Huyton Asphalt Pension Fund Buys Blackbird Shares From CEO's Brother

(Alliance News) - Blackbird PLC on Monday said Huyton Asphalt SASS Pension Fund purchased 7.7 million shares at 7.10 pence per share from Neil McDonough, brother of Chief Executive Ian McDonough.

Moreover, Ian McDonough is a trustee and beneficiary of the Huyton Asphalt fund.

Ian McDonough and wife Syarifah Aidid are deemed to hold a combined beneficial interest in 5.2 million shares or a 1.8% stake in cloud video platform technology firm Blackbird following the GBP546,700 deal.

The beneficial interest of the McDonough family remains the same at 16.9 million shares or a 5.7% stake.

Shares in Blackbird closed up 1.3% at 7.34 pence on Monday.
