Honeycomb Investment To Raise GBP50 Million In Placing (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Honeycomb Investment Trust PLC Friday said it plans to raise GBP50 million in a placing as part of its placing programme.

The specialist-lending fund will raise the funds at a price of 1,015 pence per share, as set out in the terms and conditions of its placing programme. This implies it will place around 5 million shares.

Shares in Honeycomb were untraded Friday morning, last closing at 1,005.00p.

Liberum Capital Ltd will act as the sole bookrunner in relation to the placing, which is expected to close at midday next Monday.
