(Sharecast News) - HICL Infrastructure said it had sold its 24% stake in France's A63 Motorway for gross proceeds of £311m.
The motorway was HICL's second largest portfolio asset - 8.4% as at 30 September 2025. The gross proceeds represent a 21% premium to HICL's most recent valuation of the investment.
The disposal delivers an additional 2.2p of net asset value per share and an annualised holding period return (IRR) in excess of HICL's weighted average discount rate, HICL said.
