Hansard Global Chief Financial Officer Vince Watkins To Retire

LONDON (Alliance News) - Hansard Global PLC said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Vince Watkins is retiring, and will be succeeded by Tim Davies from Wednesday.

Chief Actuary Paul Harwood also will step down, replaced by his deputy, Ailish Sherlin.

Watkins will stay with the company until the end of June for the transition period. Davies will be taking up responsibility for finance, actuarial, legal and company secretary functions. He mostly recently worked as managing director and, prior to that, finance director of HSBC Life Europe Ltd.

Shares in Hansard Global are trading up 3.8% at 86.58 pence Tuesday afternoon.
