LONDON (Alliance News) - Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Paolo Vicinelli will not stand for re-election at the annual general meeting, but ill remain a portfolio manager.
"The chairman and fellow directors thank him for his support and guidance since the company's incorporation," Gabelli Merger said in the statement.
The stock was untraded on Friday, last quoted at 9.60 pence per share.
