FTSE 250 movers: JPMorgan, Thomas Cook rally

India-focused companies JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust and Essar Energy edged higher as the country's government approved the a doubling of natural gas prices.Thomas Cook Group rallied after Fitch Ratings upgraded the travel company's long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'B' from 'B-' and senior unsecured rating to 'B+'/RR3 from 'B-'/RR4.
