Formation Group John Lawrence Resigns As Non-Exec Chairman

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Formation Group PLC (FRM.LN), a construction management services company, announced Friday that John Lawrence following recent ill health has tendered his resignation as non executive chairman and a director of the company with immediate effect.
