LONDON (Alliance News) - Flybe Group PLC Monday said its new Chief Financial Officer Philip de Klerk will join its board on August 19.
The company announced his appointment on April 28, and at that time said he'd join the company no later than November 1, but hoped he'd be in position as early as August.
De Klerk is currently brewer SABMiller PLC's global head of financial planning and analysis and finance director of the business capabilities programme.
Flybe added that the director designate bought 72,000 of its shares in June 13.
Flybe shares were down 1.4% at 136.063 Monday morning.
