* Oil major Royal Dutch Shell offered a West TexasIntermediate (WTI) Midland crude cargo for delivery over Oct.15-25 at Singapore/Linggi/Nipah on a delivery ex-ship (DES)basis in Platts Market-On-Close (MOC) price assessment processlate on Monday, several traders said on Tuesday
* It was the first time a U.S. crude cargo was offeredduring thePlatts MOC for Asia, although there was no buying interest forthe cargo during the session, the traders said
