Ferrex Sets Shareholder Meeting To Vote On Changing Name To Keras

LONDON (Alliance News) - Resource development company Ferrex PLC on Tuesday said it has set a general meeting for December 10 to vote on changing its name to Keras PLC.
Ferrex said the change of name would "better reflect the future of the company".
Shares in Ferrex were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 0.40 pence.
