LONDON (Alliance News) - Ferguson PLC said Wednesday that Non Executive Director John Daly will step down from the board from the end of May.
After four years in his role, Daly will leave as a result of increased business commitments elsewhere, including the listing of Vivo Energy PLC where he is Chairman, the company said.
Shares in the FTSE 100 building materials distribution company were trading up 0.2% at 5,826.00 pence.
