(Alliance News) - FBD Holdings PLC said Friday Chief Executive Officer Fiona Muldoon will resign from the Irish insurance firm during 2020.
Muldoon - CEO since 2015 - will leave the firm at a currently unspecified date during 2020.
"Fiona has transformed the commercial fortunes of FBD over the past four years," FBD Chair Liam Herlihy said. "Her relentless focus on the business and its customers has been remarkable. The shareholders and the community we serve have benefitted from her tireless efforts."
"Succession planning is an important board function and an executive search will commence", Herlihy added.
Shares in FBD were untraded at EUR8.90 in London on Friday.
