LONDON (Alliance News) - Everyman Media Group PLC said on Wednesday Finance Director Jonathan Peters will resign from his role with effect on June 14 to "pursue a new corporate opportunity".
Peters has been part of the cinema operator for four years since 2015, and prior to that was a regional finance director for vehicle glass repair firm Belron for four years from 2011 to 2015.
Before that, he was part of home appliances manufacturer Whirlpool Corp for seven years from 2003 to 2010, leaving as the financial director for Commercial Operations in Europe, Middle East & Africa.
"The board would like to express its thanks to Jonathan for his valuable contribution to the group over the past four years and wish him every success in his future endeavours," said Chair Paul Wise.
Shares in Everyman Media were flat at 203.00 pence on Wednesday.
