(Alliance News) - Student accommodation firm Empiric Student Property PLC on Wednesday proposed an unchanged 1.25 pence per share quarterly dividend.
For the three months ended September, Empiric proposed a 1.25p per share quarterly payout. This was unchanged on a year prior.
London-based Empiric is currently targeting an annual payout of 5.0p per share, in line with that paid the year before.
Shares in Empiric were 0.6% lower at 95.40 pence in London on Wednesday.
