(Alliance News) - Emis Group PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director David Sides has stepped down with immediate effect due to his other executive commitments.
The healthcare software and systems company said it will now seek to recruit a suitable successor.
"We would like to thank Sides for his support and contribution over the last two years and wish him well in the future," said Chair Mike O'Leary.
Shares in Emis were up 1.8% at 1,132.00 pence each on Friday morning.
