Electric Guitar names Lauren Kelleher as new financial controller

(Alliance News) - Electric Guitar PLC on Monday named Lauren Kelleher as its new group financial controller.

Electric Guitar is a Reading, England-based special purpose acquisition company focused on the advertising and digital marketing industries.

Kelleher will succeed Ben Lister, who has left the company for person reasons. Lister joined Electric Guitar back in 2023.

The company said Kelleher joins as a chartered accountant, with over twelve years of experience in the tech and media sectors, across both public and private companies.

Chief Executive John Regan commented: "On behalf of the Company, I would like to extend my thanks to Ben for his hard work through the recent transactions, and wish him all the best in his future endeavours. As we pivot to focus our strategic efforts on working with 3radical to be the leading provider of first-party data solutions, I am pleased to welcome Lauren whose skills and experience will be invaluable for our future growth plans."

Shares in Electric Guitar fell 5.2% to 1.80 pence in London on Monday.
