Electra Private Equity Partially Realises Allflex Holding

LONDON (Alliance News) - Electra Private Equity PLC on Friday said investment manager Electra Partners LLP has partially realised the FTSE 250-listed company's investment in Allflex Corp.

Electra Private Equity will get total proceeds of GBP57.0 million from the redemption of preferred equity and from the sale of a portion of its 15% stake in Allflex.

Allflex makes animal intelligence and monitoring technologies for livestock, pets, fish and other animals. This includes radio-frequency identification and visual ear tags, tissue sampling devices, RFID implants, monitoring devices, milk meters, and other farm-management equipment.
