LONDON (Alliance News) - Eleco PLC Wednesday said its part-time Finance Director Matthew Turner has resigned and a consultancy agreement with Shore Mountain LLP, of which Turner is a partner, has been terminated.
Eleco said it is now seeking to appoint a full time finance director and will make a further announcement in due course.
"The Board of Eleco very much appreciates the significant contribution made by Matthew Turner to the Eleco Group since he joined the board in January 2011, and we look forward to working with him and Shore Mountain LLP again when the opportunity arises," Eleco Chairman John Ketteley said in a statement.
Eleco shares were down 1.6% at 20.66 pence Wednesday morning.
