EJF Investments Ltd - Jersey-based investment company - To raise GBP6.1 million via placing of up to 6.06 million zero dividend preference shares at 100 pence per 2025 ZDP share primarily to take advantage of an attractive and unique investment identified by investment manager EJF Investments Manager LLC. ZDP shares will have a gross redemption yield of 7.0%, which will result in a final capital entitlement of 140p per 2025 ZDP share on the repayment date of June 18, 2025. Proceeds to be invested in mortgage servicing rights generated at the time of mortgage origination in the US.
