(Alliance News) - ECO Animal Health Group PLC said Thursday Chair Richard Wood has resigned with Non-Executive Director Andrew Jones stepping up on an interim basis until a replacement is found.
Wood - chair since March - will leave ECO Animal with immediate effect. The firm explained that since joining the company Wood has "successfully implemented significant changes including reshaping the board and its processes."
ECO Animal will now start the process to select a new permanent chair. In the meantime, Non-Executive Director Jones will assume the role as interim chair.
Shares in ECO Animal were 3.4% lower at 372.00 pence in London on Thursday.
