(Alliance News) - Driver Group PLC shares fell sharply on Thursday after it would delay its full-year results.
Shares in Driver were down 19% at 50.88 pence on Thursday in London.
The Lancashire-based engineering and construction consultancy service said it was unable to confirm the likely timeline for the completion of its standard audit-off procedures due to an issue with its principal customer in Oman.
Driver said an investigation was being conducted into the customer, which was not named.
The results were previously due to be released December 14 but have been delayed due to the "significance of this customer in the context of the results".
Driver have said further announcements will be made in due course.
