LONDON (Alliance News) - London-based drinks company Distil PLC Thursday said it has appointed Shaun Claydon as finance director with immediate effect.
The company, which owns the brands Blackwoods gin and vodka, RedLeg spiced rum, Diva vodka and Blavod black vodka, said Claydon's expertise and experience will support its plans to accelerate growth in the UK and internationally.
Claydon is replacing Sarah Bertolotti, who has stepped down with immediate effect.
Claydon is a corporate financier and business adviser with over 15 years' lead advisory and main board experience, Distil said.
Distil shares were trading at 0.800 pence before midday Thursday, up 3.2%.
