LONDON (Alliance News) - Zytronic PLC Wednesday said Chief Executive Officer Mark Cambridge exercised options over 59,750 shares under the company share plan, sold 19,417 shares at a price of 247.5 pence per share, and transferred the balance of 7,833 shares to his wife Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Cambridge holds 50,791 shares, which represents 0.33% stake in the firm.
The touch sensor developer also said Finance Director Claire Smith exercised options over 5,000 shares and sold the shares at 246.4p each, as a result she has no interest in the company.
Shares were down 1.0% at 249.00p Wednesday.
