DIRECTOR DEALINGS: YouGov Issues Shares To CEO For Doughty Media Buy

LONDON (Alliance News) - YouGov PLC said Monday it has issued 559,398 shares to Chief Executive Stephan Shakespeare and 559,399 shares to his wife Rosamund Shakespeare, as a deferred consideration relating to YouGov's purchase of Doughty Media 2 Limited.

Stephan Shakespeare now holds nearly 6.3 million shares, or 6.1% of the online market research agency's issued share capital.

YouGov shares were trading up 3.3% at 127.57 pence midday Monday.
